Getting Started
How to create an account
Open AI Linkify and tap Sign Up. Enter your email address and choose a password. Verify your email address via the confirmation link we send you.
How to scan a document (camera)
Tap the camera button on the Scans tab. Position the document within the frame and tap Capture. AI Linkify will automatically enhance and classify the scan.
How to import a PDF or image from Files
Tap the Import button on the Scans tab. Select your file from the Files app — supported formats are PDF, JPG, and PNG. The document is added to your scans automatically.
Core Features
Document scanning
Tap the camera button, position the document, and tap Capture. The app enhances the image, corrects perspective, and classifies the document type automatically.
Bank statement import
Tap Import on the Scans tab and select your PDF bank statement. AI Linkify extracts the transactions automatically.
Transaction–document linking
AI Linkify automatically matches scanned documents to corresponding bank transactions. Review and confirm matches on the Transactions tab.
Reports
Go to the Reports tab to view financial summaries and export them as PDFs.
Cloud sync
Sign in to sync your documents and transactions securely across all your devices via encrypted AWS storage.
Account
How to sign in / sign up
Open AI Linkify and tap Sign In if you have an account, or Sign Up to create one. Face ID and Touch ID are available in Settings once signed in.
How to reset your password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. Enter your email address and we will send you a reset link.
How to delete your account
Open Settings, tap your account name, then tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
